    Description

    The reply postal card is in fair condition; it is not preprinted.  It is the San Francisco press print surcharge.  It has been folded and the perforations are weak with some perforation separations.  It also has what appears to be glue marks on the front side.  If you want this rare card at a modest price and don't mind some imperfections, take a look at this card.
