1948 RADIO PREMIUM INSTRUCTION SHEET
for
"SKY KING'S MYSTERY PICTURE RING"
, offered by Peter Pan Peanut Butter to listeners of the ABC television program.  The paper sheet is 5 1/2" tall and 3 3/8" wide.
See photos for a closer look.  There is some creasing from the original mailing; it has a small chip out of the upper edge and there is partial split on the center crease.
