Celluloid measures LARGE approx. 3 1/2" dia.
Rare and awesome condition early bill hook from Chicago.
Sprague, Warner & Company. Founded during the Civil War and by 1910 had grown into one of the country's largest grocery concerns famous for brands like Richelieu and Batavia.
There is tons of info, history, and photos of this company online at sites like chicagology.com. Lots of sites have info and photos of this company and the inside.
Great image of their building built in 1910 in Chicago with lots of details on the building and in the water surrounding.
Please note: pictures of taken of both sides . The paper on the back is part of an old sticker that can be removed. Light rust included free of charge.
Photos are taken in a light box to show how it really looks.
Displays very well and would be a great addition to your collection.
The photos show it all and are part of the description so there are no surprises. I believe it looks sharper in person.

I do not clean any items or remove old stickers that I find on the item as to not do any damage. I leave that to the buyer. Any remaining sticker, tag, dirt or dust is provided free of charge.
