This is a Philadelphia Gold Square Trading Stamp Book from shopping at Lits and Food Fair Stores with 48 pages.  It is in good vintage condition with some folds and small tears on edges and some pen, pencil marks.  Please see photos.
This booklet contains Gold Square Stamps and Merchants Green Stamps.  Perhaps the store switched their stamp program.
Gold Square Stamps:
1 full page stamp that is equivalent to 100 Gold Square stamps on the first page
13 full pages of stamps
2 pages are  partially full
Merchants Green Stamps:
9 full pages of stamps
3 pages partially full
