1358 STERLING.
The OC. should be CO.  It is very interesting.
Measured 7 1/8" wide including handle and spout.
4 1/4" tall from bottom to the top of the handle.
Weights 205 grams.
No dent.
No monogram.
Some scratches on one side of creamer. Please refer to the last picture.
