    Children sent away for this decoder that was meant to also be an ID badge if Captain Midnight's picture were replaced. There is a pin on the back and the decoder still works, turning but not loose. It does have some pitting and darkening but it's pretty bright, without being polished. The pictures just wouldn't show it until I took it outside in daylight. The picture of Captain Midnight is intact and in very good condition. There is a thin crease down the left side of his head.
