OLD 1960s ( 1963 ) VINTAGE ED BIG DADDY ROTH GREEN PLASTIC RAT FINK RARE FIRST ISSUE TOY CHARM . No ring. I'm told these rat finks with a number on the back side of the left ear, in this case the number "3" were very early 1963 first year productions. The number "3" is part of the mold. Note: The little key chain loop between the ears has a break in it that appears to me to be a molding flaw, but that is just my opinion. See pictures that are part of the description for detail. This little toy has one eye that still has red/white paint on it. The paint has worn off of the other eye.
