I know nothing of the history of this really, except I picked it up on the road one day in a junk shop in MS / THE DELTA
LOOKS LIKE DANNY JAMES KNEW A LOT ABOUT, AND WAS GOOD AT RAISING STEERS - THIS IS AWARDED FOR "GRAND CHAMPION STEER" - THE COMPETITION WAS AT THE "TENSAS PARISH LIVESTOCK SHOW"  - NOW THAT'S NOT MS, BUT OUR NEIGHBOR OF LOUISIANA HAS PARISHES & A GOOGLE SEARCH DOES SHOW A "TENSAS PARISH" IN LOUISIANA, SO I'M GUESSING LOUISIANA
