1953 Don Winslow #1 "Breaking The Sound Barrier" Book

This book measures 3 3/4" by 7". The first in a series of pilot Don Winslow featuring the Magic Slate book. This listing includes both the magic slate and original wooden 'pen' (see image 5). The "Magic Slate" has dried up in the past almost 70 years and does not work, but it is still attached. The book is full of 32 pages of comic imagery of two panels on the right side with the story on the left. There is some light edge handling wear but this book is in excellent condition, please take a look at the images and if you have any questions please ask.

All items are Original Manufacturing and not reprints or replicas. They are sold as shown in the images and may have foxing, edge wear, slight metal wear, and will be noted in the description.
