Vintage 1980's vinyl plastic bell clip charm holder fold out album, copyrighted 1985, holds 96 charms, snap closure is intact as are all of the clear plastic holders although one of the cover flaps is sealed at one seam due to a production flaw, a razor blade could correct this, cover measures about 10" x 12".
