This is a blue plastic necklace with 46 bell clip charms. There are also 2 clips with bells, but no charms. 2 of the charms look as if a piece is missing. One is what looks to be a clock without a clock face, and the other is a yellow rectangle that looks like it should have something attached to it. Please refer to pictures. Some charms on the necklace include tennis rackets, frying pan with egg, eggplant, record, different colored airplanes, a pineapple, boxing gloves and many more.
