Vintage Zodiac NOS Vending Gumball Machine Plastic Charm Lot Signed Hong Kong

This huge lot of new old stock plastic zodiac charms, signed Hong Kong, has issues.  I have looked at these under my magnifying craft light and even with a jeweler's loupe and I still can't say for certain whether the discoloring of the metallic finish is from finish loss or something that spilled into the lot.  There may be a few without loops but I did not see any.  I am hoping someone can perhaps spray a metallic finish on them and use them to make jewelry.
