For sale is a rare vintage 1930's Dick Tracy "Green Hat" Premium Ring given with purchase of a Dick Tracy Hat by Miller Bros. Hat Co. N.Y.C. The ring has an adjustable band and a nice raised portrait of Dick Tracy in the center.  The hat is in green enamel with a red enamel band and a raised detective badge with a star on each side of the ring.  It is in excellent, clean, shiny condition with very minor wear at the bottom of the
adjustable
portion of ring. Great addition to a ring collection.  Display's Nicely!
